Carol G. McManus presided at the mock trial of claimant Homer J. Simpson, a roofer, who allegedly broke his leg in a workplace accident when his co-worker moved the ladder he was using and he fell 30 feet from the roof.

Recent Accomplishments:

Carol G. McManus Consulting has worked with a personal injury attorney to expand his offerings to include a full workers' compensation practice.

Has provided a company CEO analysis and prognosis concerning an employee theft issue, followed by a recommended legal course of action to preserve company assets and successfully prosecute a former employee.

Carol G. McManus Consulting has organized and developed a finance office for a fundraising effort.

In Progress:

Carol G. McManus Consulting is currently collaborating in the development of a web series on the organization and operation of a law firm. It is titled "Law Firm 101", and is expected to be launched December, 2011.
